Deficiency and Estimating Coordinator

Location: Central San Diego, Kearny Mesa

Pay: $23 - $26/hr

Duration: LOA coverage, 4 months with potential for permanent role, we are growing!

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Deficiency Coordinator, Estimating Support professional to join their client's team. This role involves supporting the estimating department by reviewing inspection data and generating precise estimates and proposals for clients. The ideal candidate will be a key liaison between the field team, customers, and repair staff, ensuring clear communication and efficient processing of quotes and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection data from the field team to generate estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate communication with customers, field staff, and the repair team.
• Manage timely quotes and evaluations.
• Generate quotes and estimates for clients.
• Communicate scope of work and customer requested repairs to the Service Manager.
• Assist the department with reviewing estimates for accuracy.
• Help establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Estimating, sales quote, experience and knowlege
• Construction or related industry subcontractor experience
• 3+ years Administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient MS Office skills, Word/Outlook/Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability
